INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
I offer evidence-based psychological therapy interventions to adults with a range of difficulties, including the following:
- depression
- anxiety
- trauma symptoms
- Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
- Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
- problematic relationship patterns
- low self-esteem
- self-criticism
- adjustment to neurological conditions, including acquired brain injury, spinal injuries, and multiple sclerosis
- panic attacks
- phobias
- eating disorders
